Claims for Damaged, or Defective Items

Customers are required to submit any claims for damaged, or defective art pieces within 30 days after receiving the products. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. To initiate a claim, customers are advised to provide a detailed description of the issue and, where possible, relevant photos via email before returning any products. Upon receiving your message, we will guide you through the necessary procedures for returning the products to us and send you the qualified art pieces again.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Insufficient Address

In the event that a shipment is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address provided by the courier, customers will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with them.

Exchanges and Returns

Customers are hereby notified that the exchange or return of an art piece without any defect is not permitted. This policy is in place due to the meticulous effort and skill invested by the artist in creating each art piece. We kindly request that customers appreciate the dedication and craftsmanship of the artist’s work.

Upon receipt of the communication, we will guide you through the necessary procedures for returning the products to us and send you the qualified products again.

This policy is in place due to our small profit margin and the inability to afford additional shipping costs. Customers are strongly advised to take careful measurements before placing their orders. The size guide for each product can be found on the product page. As sizes are subject to measurement error, it is suggested to order one size larger than required.
